The Easy Button

The best in the category.
The easiest to design with.
That isn't a tradeoff anymore.

Our team produces the design package — fixture layout, relay selection, central battery placement, wiring, load schedule, code-compliance check. You review and submit, and move on to the other demanding aspects of your project.

Step 01 · Intake
01

Send us your project.

Send us your drawings and a few notes about the project. If something is missing, our agents handle the back-and-forth so your team doesn't have to. Early-stage projects can scope coverage in the meeting with the Coverage Estimator.

No fixture counts. No battery sizing. No photometric pre-work. That's our job.

Step 02 · Design

Our team builds your egress design.

Every choice made by people who do this work full-time, for hundreds of buildings a year, against current code. Your team focuses on the work that needs your judgment.

Fixture placement
Sage CB Fixtures, Relay-converted luminaires, and exit signs positioned against the path-of-egress requirements
Relay selection
The right Sage Relay model per fixture per project — your team doesn't make the call
Central battery + LCM placement
Keystone or Volta cabinet sized to the building's emergency load. Olympus Local Circuit Monitor placed alongside to satisfy single-circuit failure (NFPA 7.9.2.3).
Wiring + circuit math
MC-cable daisy-chain plan, load schedule, headroom verification, no overload risk
Code compliance check
NFPA 101 · UL 924 · NFPA 7.9.2.3 — verified against your layout
Step 03 · Submit
03

Review and submit.

The package we hand back is ready for your submittal set — layout drawing, CSI Section 26 specification, pre-marked spec sheets, photometric files. Sage is the basis of design; your team takes it to bid.

Use the design we provide. Move on to the rest of the project.
